Teresa has dedicated more than 40 years to strengthening McMinnville’s economy and supporting the people who call this community home. As Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer at Citizens Bank, she has helped countless entrepreneurs turn ideas into reality—guiding them with patience, skill, and a genuine desire to see them succeed. Many of the businesses that make McMinnville vibrant today exist in part because Teresa believed in them.

Her commitment to service extends far beyond her professional work. For 30 years, Teresa has served as Board President of Community Home Builders, helping more than 260 families achieve the dream of homeownership. Her leadership has created stability, equity, and opportunity for hundreds of families across Yamhill County.

Teresa has also contributed her time and expertise to McMinnville Industrial Promotions, Visit McMinnville, the McMinnville Economic Development Partnership, and the Noon Rotary Club. She leads with integrity, compassion, and a steadfast dedication to making our community stronger.

In 2020, Teresa was honored as the City Club Distinguished Service Award – McMinnville’s Woman of the Year, a recognition that reflected what many already knew—she is one of McMinnville’s great champions.

As she retires after years dedicated service, the Chamber celebrates her remarkable legacy of leadership, compassion, and community. Teresa’s work has left a lasting impact on McMinnville, and her example will continue to inspire others to serve.

Congratulations, Teresa, and thank you for your extraordinary contributions to our community.
