Over the past year, we’ve been hearing from many of you about one of the biggest challenges facing employers today — rising healthcare costs and the struggle to find affordable, high-quality coverage for your employees.
After months of collaboration and planning, the McMinnville Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to launch a new, exclusive benefit for Chamber members — the McMinnville Area Chamber Association Health Plan (AHP) and Direct Primary Care (DPC) Clinic.
Together, these programs give local employers new ways to lower costs, improve access to care, and keep healthcare dollars right here in our community.
These programs work hand-in-hand. The Chamber Association Health Plan (AHP) gives employers the collective strength to access affordable, high-quality health plans — the same kind of buying power usually reserved for large corporations — while keeping flexibility in plan design to meet each business’s needs.
The Direct Primary Care (DPC) Clinic builds on that foundation by offering employees faster, more personal access to care. Through unlimited primary care visits, priority scheduling, and no deductibles or co-pays for everyday services, employees can stay on top of their health instead of delaying treatment.
Together, these programs give Chamber members a powerful, sustainable way to save money, keep employees healthier, and strengthen our local healthcare system — ensuring more of every healthcare dollar stays right here in McMinnville.

Why This Matters for Local Businesses
We know the current healthcare system isn’t working for many small, mid-sized, and large employers.
Healthcare costs in Oregon are projected to rise another 15–30% by 2026, leaving businesses — and their employees — struggling to keep up.
This Chamber-led solution offers a smarter alternative:
- Collective strength to lower costs
- Local access to quality care
- Exclusive benefits available only to Chamber members
Businesses already participating are seeing substantial savings and improved plan options that better meet their employees’ needs. It’s proof that when we work together, McMinnville businesses can lead the way in solving tough challenges.
