McMinnville, OR – Caroll Riley has been promoted to SVP, Chief Banking Officer. The Chief Banking Officer provides leadership in the development of and continuous evaluation of strategic financial objectives, and directs and oversees all aspects of branch banking and consumer lending. Riley brings 30+ years of experience to the role, including 7 years as Residential Mortgage Officer at First Federal.

Riley was born and raised in the Yamhill County area, and has continued to serve the residents since graduating college. She is an active member in the community, volunteering with the Yamhill County Association of Realtors, the Salvation Army, teaching financial and credit basics to McMinnville students, and various community events throughout the year.
