Leadership MAC is designed for business professionals, emerging leaders, and community-minded individuals who want to deepen their understanding of McMinnville and make a meaningful difference in its future.
With more than 1,000 graduates, Leadership MAC has a strong history of developing informed, engaged community leaders. Alumni go on to serve on nonprofit boards, participate in civic initiatives, become elected officials, volunteer with local organizations, and contribute to the continued growth of our community.
The program offers a behind-the-scenes look at how McMinnville works, bringing participants together with community leaders, professionals, and decision-makers through presentations, interactive experiences, and tours.

Explore McMinnville From the Inside Out
Throughout the 10-month program, participants explore a different aspect of the community each month. From teamwork and trust to business and industry, education, government, and local history, each session provides a deeper understanding of the people and organizations that make McMinnville unique.
