The McMinnville Area Chamber of Commerce announces Carmen Kirkman HR Generalist at Organic Valley as the Member of the Quarter.
As Organic Valleys Human Resources Generalist, Carmen is responsible for the administration and care of one of the most crucial needs of a business, its employees. Carmen takes great care in all activities relating to recruitment, implementing systems and strategies for managing staff benefits, human resources policies and procedures and so much more.
The Chamber worked with Scott Fields, Plant Manager to arrange a surprise presentation of the award. The Chamber is grateful to Organic Valley for their community leadership and support.
