The McMinnville Economic Development Partnership (MEDP) Board of Directors has started the search for the next Executive Director for the organization. Heather Blank, MEDP’s Program Manager will be stepping into the leadership role in the interim.

“Heather has been with MEDP since 2015” Said MEDP Board President John Dietz “ Her historical understanding of the organization, attention to detail, and passion for the McMinnville Community will be an undeniable asset. We are pleased to have her at the helm as we start the search for the next
Executive Director.”

The job description for the Executive Director position can now be found on MEDP’s Website. An ideal candidate will be a creative, self-motivated, community advocate, who understands business development, has strong interpersonal communication and people skills, has a passion for leadership,
and proven management, planning and organizational skills. Familiarity with Oregon is a plus. The new Executive Director will be responsible for leading MEDP, working with the Board of Directors, and strategizing for future years of success.
