The Rogue Gourmet Catering Company is the latest volume in the culinary careers of Janet Bleck, a catering icon from South Florida, and her husband Martin Bleck. Together, over the course of twenty years, they built up one of the largest catering companies in Miami. They always wanted to live in Oregon and followed that dream to McMinnville where they now live. They opened the Underground Café & Coffee House in Newberg and the very popular Subterra Restaurant at 1505 Portland Road in Newberg. Now in the next chapter of their lives, they are once again putting their talents to work in a catering company. They enjoy the variety and challenges of high end, full-service, off-premise event planning and execution and wanted to put their years of experience to work in the Yamhill Valley. And might we add, their food is out of this world!
