The Mid-Willamette Valley Council of Governments (MWVCOG) provides assistance to businesses with all of the commonly used government finance programs. These federal, state and local financial programs are designed to help local companies expand and start new ventures by making low interest loans or loan guarantees. John Safstrom is our local program manager for these programs including the rarely used Yamhill County Revolving Loan Fund (used for land, equipment, construction and working capital). He can help identify the right program for a business. His services include loan packaging and assistance with obtaining financing from private sector lends. The initial consultations are free.
