“Chrysalis is McMinnville’s premier coffeehouse providing excellence in brewing & preparation. We feature an excellent series of equipment and are ready to expand your understanding of coffee. The vision for the space that’s become Chrysalis is one we’ve carried for a long time, but the reason we got excited to put it in McMinnville was because we see McMinnville as a “taster’s community”. There’s such an abundance here of amazing food & drink. We just wanted to be a part of that. Chrysalis is one part coffeehouse & one part coffee-lab. Our goal is to have the resources & know-how on hand to try new things with coffee, and Nick & Kim Walton Own Mud River Coffee Roasting, as well as Chrysalis Coffeehouse. We’ve opened one coffee shop before this one, and also excited about expanding our wholesale roasting business.
Chrysalis Coffeehouse is open Monday through Saturday, 7:00 a.m. though 3:00 p.m. and is located at 755 NE Alpine Ave in McMinnville in the Grain Station Marketplace.
