Yamhill County can open at the lower risk level beginning on Friday March 26, 2021.

Some highlights of the Lower Risk Level include:
- Indoor dining allowed
- Indoor capacity: not to exceed 50% maximum occupancy
- Outdoor dining allowed
- Outdoor capacity: 300 people maximum, including individual dining pods.
- Individual dining pods allowed outdoors subject to outdoor
capacity limit. - Indoor and outdoor seating: 8 people per table maximum
- 12:00 a.m. closing time
