Yamhill County can open at the lower risk level beginning on Friday March 26, 2021.

Some highlights of the Lower Risk Level include:

  • Indoor dining allowed
  • Indoor capacity: not to exceed 50% maximum occupancy
  • Outdoor dining allowed
  • Outdoor capacity: 300 people maximum, including individual dining pods.
  • Individual dining pods allowed outdoors subject to outdoor
    capacity limit.
  • Indoor and outdoor seating: 8 people per table maximum
  • 12:00 a.m. closing time
