Two years ago, owners Tim & Ahmee Corrigan embarked on an adventure to create an Artisan Bakery, that is now called Carlton Bakery. Carlton Bakery strives to create quality baked goods ranging from classic French-style pastries (pain au chocolate, 7 varieties of French Macaron, pain aux raisin, croissant, etc.), French and Italian breads (brioche, baguette, ciabatta, focaccia) as well as original breads and pastries (10 Grain Luke bread, Raisin Walnut bread, and many fruit-based pastries).
Carlton Bakery serves breakfast (Stumptown Coffee, Homemade Quiche, Oatmeal, and a wide variety of made from scratch pastries) and lunch (sandwiches with fresh Carlton Bakery breads), and homemade soups during the winter months.
