EMPWR Invests 20 Million Dollars and plans to hire 100 People in their McMinnville, Oregon Plant

We are excited to announce that we are investing 20 million dollars in our McMinnville, Oregon plant and plan to hire 100 people in the upcoming months. This investment will help us to grow in the United States.

EMPWR is a European-based company. We make snack bars, including protein bars, granola, keto, nut & fruit bars. Our products have a reputation for being the best-in-class bars in terms of taste, texture, and quality, resulting in strong consumer preference and high sales. EMPWR is a very successful company with 650 employees, and growing year after year. We are especially proud that our teams have managed to build the company to this size in just 3 years.

In March 2022, we expanded our business to the US by acquiring a well-known and locally owned producer of healthy snack bars (formerly known as Betty Lou’s Inc.) in McMinnville, Oregon.

We have now installed a new production line in the McMinnville plant that we will gradually ramp up to a 24/7 operation, producing a new range of nutritional snack bars. We are hiring for various jobs, including production operators, technical maintenance workers, quality control workers, and shift leaders.
