First Federal Savings and Loan Association of McMinnville, announced today the upcoming relocation and expansion of the McMinnville Baker Creek branch. The new branch will be located one mile away at 1650 OR-99W in McMinnville, OR.
“It is in an effort to better serve our clients, that we are making this development to our branch service strategy. This relocation will support our ability to provide high-quality banking services in a more desirable location with increased visibility, a larger building size, and easy access for clients from Highway 99W,” said Jim Schlotfeldt, President and CEO.
Renovations on the newly acquired 5,300 square foot space will take 15 to 18 months to plan, permit and complete before the branch is opened. The existing McMinnville Baker Creek and Home Office branches will continue to operate during this construction period.
This strategic move reaffirms First Federal’s commitment to its home market and to the continuation and growth of McMinnville.
